Eco-Daisy actively recycles all the packaging that she receives and when this run out she only uses quality recycled packaging material.
Postage cost on orders over £100 is FREE while offer lasts!
Your order will be sent first class recorded delivery, so a signature will be required when you receive your parcel. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order. We will endeavor to deliver your goods within 10 working days of receipt of payment for your order.

Overseas Delivery Costs:
Overseas, BFPO & Non Mainland UK Postage is charged at cost, Please check with Eco-Daisy to ensure that your order will arrive in time.
Returns:
It's no problem to get an exchange or a refund. Just send your purchase back within 28 days of receipt of goods, making sure it's unused and good as new in its original packaging with all info tags still attached. (This does not affect your statutory rights)
To return an item, simply complete the return form sent with your order and send it to:

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Eco-Daisy will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.
Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge. For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge. |
